VIII. Memory composition
Remi is pretty much played like music mixer here. A pattern is made and performed. Ola pressing their thumbprint on a certain spot of Remi's forehead may suggest Remi should start recording this pattern for a different purpose, from almost the instant they recognized that thumbprint. This recording would end the instant Ola presses their thumbprint in the same spot.
There may be three different places on Remi's forehead for three different memories.
There are two options Ola may use to recall what Remi remembers between the two thumbprint presses.
An exclusive recall may be a vertical thumbnail, scratched sideways across Remi's forehead. In this case, any prior pattern Remi was performing would be excluded just for them to perform only that recording as a pattern, from like the instant Remi gets that scratch.
A composite recall may be a horizontal thumbnail, scratched in the same direction across Remi's forehead. In this case, any prior pattern Remi was performing would be mixed with the pattern from this recall command, from like the instant Remi gets that scratch.
